Now that I'm so close to finishing the sequel to THE QUEEN OF HEARTS, which is the first book in the SEPTEMBER STORIES series, I thought it was about time that the QUEEN had a bit of a wash and brush-up in anticipation of her new sister's upcoming arrival.
The new edition is a slightly edited and updated version of the original, and features a new, specially-commissioned cover illustration by the wonderful Jonathan Cusick, who has brought some of the novel's main characters to vibrant life. This includes Joel September as the central figure, his young daughter Vic, and Albert the Cat. If you don't know who the other two characters are, feel free to read the book and find out!
